Thomson has made their modem's firmwares available on their web site as a .zip archive : SpeedTouch330_firmware_3012.zip. This archive contains two firmwares : KQD6_3.012 for SpeedTouch USB modems and ZZZL_3.012 for SpeedTouch 330 modems. You need to accept their license before to start downloading.
